Pajama Day 2007

My friends Walton and Emma and I enjoy making and eating Dirt Pudding on Pajama Day!

Every year on Halloween day we have Pajama Day at school! We get to wear our pajamas and slippers to school and bring our stuffed animals and blankets! It is the best day of the whole school year because we don't have to do any work! We just make crafts and watch videos and have extra recesses! The best part is that I don't have to brush my hair at all!

Soccer Kicks!

This is my third year playing Fall Soccer. I am on an all-girls team called The Tornadoes. We got the best colors this year! My best friend Emma is on my team too. I like playing defense best.

Field Trip to the Pumpkin Patch

Our class went on a field trip to the Pumpkin Patch. We go every year and it is so fun! I picked this pumpkin by myself right out of the field.

The farm had these big pipes that we could roll around in. Mom pushed me around in it.

This is me jumping out of the barn into a big pile of hay! That was super fun!

Please, please, please Mom, can we have one of these cute cuddly puppies!

My friends buried me in the corn crib. The corn feels so neat, you can swim in it, and jump in it, and corn gets in your pockets and your shoes and then you bring it home.

We even got to pick some cotton in the fields! It feels so soft but has lots of seeds in it. We learned how they take the seeds out. Sometimes they call cotton fields, "Southern Snow" because the fields are so white.

I had a great time at the Pumpkin Patch!

Swimming in October

It has been so hot here, that we are still swimming in our pool in October!! I love doing funny jumps and dives off the diving board!

I like it when my Dad throws me really high and I spit water out like a fountain!

Joey barks like crazy when we do this, but it is so fun!

Joey and I race to the steps, and he is fast!

I love swimming with my Dad! He plays the best games with me in the pool!

Kneeboarding

I just started kneeboarding this summer and it is so fun! I have been working on my tricks. I can drag each hand in the water and turn the kneeboard sideways.

Here I am working on my latest trick. I am trying to do a 360. I can do a 180 so far. I just turn around and kneeboard backwards. I love kneeboarding!

My trip to Illinois and Indiana August 2007

My cousin Audrey and I went to the Indianapolis Children's Museum and it was terrific! We are dressed up as a stingray and a seahorse.
Going to the Indiana State Fair is a highlight of my summer! I especially loved riding the carnival rides with my cousins! Katherine and I rocked out on this ride!

This piglet was so cute! It looked like Wilbur on Charlotte's Web. The Momma pig was HUGE!

We watched a parade that had mostly tractors in it! It was hot that day but so much fun!

I love going to the playgrounds by Grandma and PaPa Burton's new house. I had a race with Mom and Aunt Sarah, and you can see who won!!!

Tubing is so much fun!

I love tubing with my friends! Sometimes I want a mild and styled ride, and sometimes I request a wild ride! My Mom and Dad have taken some spectacular flips and falls off the tube, they always look so funny! I usually hold on tight and stay on! One time the tube even went upside down and I was still holding on tight when it righted itself! I had a great time tubing with Katherine too!
