Trip to the Pumpkin Patch!

Mom and I went to the Pumpkin Patch today to pick our pumpkins. MEOW! I got my face painted first, then I hit the Hay Maze! It was a good one this year, lots of tunnels!

WHEEE! I am flying!

The Corn Crib is one of my favorite places to go! I love burying myself in corn! It feels like a massage. I bring home lots of corn in my pockets and pants too!

I am making a corn angel!

I got to visit the animals for as long as I wanted today. This kitten was so cute! She definitely wanted to come home with me!

This calf was only 3 months old. She was so soft!

She thought I was her Mother. She was so sweet!

I held the bunnies lots of times. They were so cute, soft, sweet, and cuddly! They just curled up and went to sleep in my arms.

I want a pet bunny so much!

I picked the best pumpkin at the patch! It is perfect!

First Day of School 2008!

Today was the first day of school. I was so excited! I had a good day, it was super easy. We just talked about the rules of the classroom, and did some journaling, and then had lots of recess.

Check out my new messenger bag and lunch box! I didn't want a traditional backpack this year!

I even had pink hair for the first day of school!

My Dad always takes me to school on my first day. This year we let Mom come too, because she had to take Dad to the airport for a trip.

Labor Day Weekend 2008!

We spent Labor Day weekend at the lake house. We boated and played on the new tube! I practiced my surfing!

And jumping up and down!

Wheee!

Here's Dad doing some tricky steering!

Mom and I can surf together!

I rock!

McCains visit!

Aunt Megan, Uncle Glenn and Baby Hazel came to visit me last week! It was so fun! We took them to Cathedral Caverns, which was really neat!

Here is a picture of the main Cathedral room. It is so pretty!

Hazel shows us her "Heat Miser" hairdo at Point Mallard. Shocking isn't it!

Swing me, Mom!

Hazel loves the Baby swing! Especially dragging her feet in the water!

Uncle Glenn shows me what a flying squirrel looks like!

Aunt Megan likes to jump off of high things too!

We introduced Hazel to lake water and sand.

One day we went to our lake house and Hazel loved riding on the boat! She is such a water baby!

I showed Hazel how to have a relaxing ride in the tube. Then the rest of the grown-ups showed her how to have crazy rides in the tube! Aunt Megan and Mom had the best one, they flew in the air like birds!

I have been practicing driving the jet ski by myself, (under heavy supervision)!

Mom took Hazel away while she had the chance, so Uncle Glenn and Aunt Megan had some fun on the jet skis!

Uncle Glenn and Aunt Megan found something else high up to jump off of!

There goes Aunt Megan! You can see how far it is, by noticing how tiny Uncle Glenn looks in the water.

Uncle Glenn flips for dock diving!

July in Pictures

Here are a few pics from July. I can't believe that month just flew by. I had a lot of fun! Our friends came over to our lake house on the fourth of July and we shot off some fireworks, played in the lake, and then went to a cookout and shot off the big fireworks! Run for it!

The Pattersons came over to our lake house on July 5 and we spent the day in the water. We all kneeboarded, Katherine shows us her style!

Laura LOVES kneeboarding!

Audrey liked hanging out in the boat!

Katherine, Auntie Anne, and Laura have a WILD ride on the tube!

I work on my 180!

Then Katherine stayed for a week with us! We made up silly jumps in the pool! This is called the Criss-Cross!

Katherine shows us the Spiderman jump!

We went to the Botanical Garden and got shrunk to the size of bugs! Looks like we found a watering can to cool off!

And a T-Rex chased us! HELP!

Nee Nee gave us one of her GIANT zucchinis, so we made zucchini bread! YUM!

We baked our own cake and decorated it all by ourselves. It had flowers, butterflies, grass, clouds, and the sun on it.

Dad and I had a showdown with water balloons.

If you catch it, it still explodes!

Then Dad really soaked me with the hose!

And I spent plenty of time in our pool! I also went to my Grammy and Papaw's house in Illinois for a week in July!
